The other day Jools wore the beautifully knitted cardigan and matching beret of aunt Brenda.
Doesn't Jools look like a little French girl wearing this outfit??

Amsterdam International Fashion Week (BABY)

AIFW starts today!

All Dutch fashion people (& some unfashionable groupies) re-unite at the opening soiree of 11th edition of the Amsterdam International Fashion Week tonight. Baby Jools will be sleeping by that time, but will attend one of the shows on Saturday afternoon. She got a few days left to decide what to wear!!

Aunty Brenda is Rather Amazing

This week we received a parcel containing a cardy and 2 berets, knitted by aunt Brenda.
We checked with Grandma (Ann) to make sure they were actually made by someone in our family and were amazed at the skill (and patience !) that went into them.

3 Cheers for Jools's Amazing New Bed

Thank you very much Grandma & Grandpa

Joolsie was given a new bed by her grandparents, because the hanging crib was getting too small (already). It was assembled by Ingeborg (no screws, widgets or bits of wood remained in the box - allegedly ;)) and has now replaced the swingcrib in our bedroom.

It's really great - as you can see - and is already contributing to Mum & Dad's sleeping time... GGGGGREAT!
