This weekend, Jessica, Super-Aunt (superlative of great-aunt...) and 'our 'Arry flew out to see us. We had a very gezellig afternoon - obviously with chips. Unfortunately our ice-skating plans were thwarted by a foot of snow...

Our trip to the Algarve was wonderful

Just got back from a week's holiday to Portugal. The weather was great and we had a wonderful time. Here's some pictures to make you jealous.

We stayed at the Memmo Baleeira hotel (highly recommended!), run by a friend of my friend Godert's... which was absolutely stunning. The last picture is of the view from our balcony in the morning (!)... due to the funny geographical position of Sagres, we had a view of sunRISE over the sea in the morning, and a view of sunSET at the most south-easterly point of Europe only 4 minutes drive away.

My dear colleagues at Fronteer Strategy made Jools a 'trappelzakje' in the Fs house style and colours. She loves it - sleeps in it every night.

Baby Jools - Bath Time in HD

As Grandma rightly pointed out, the videos on the weblog are a tad small (not to say postage stamp size...) so a lot of detail is lost.

So... this little video is a test to see whether HD video will come out any bigger on the screen.
Hopefully so.

We just can't keep up....

With all the wonderful presents...
6 weeks old and already spoiled beyond salvation.
We simply can't keep up with all the wonderful cards and presents - too much to put on the weblog. Dresses, shoes, clogs, books, toys... we're getting a bit embarrassed.

I must say it's great to get so much mail though... and Joolsie feels very loved.
